THANK GOD!!!!!!! Somethings are a blessing in disguise.



The Democrats are glad that they got healthcare to the poor working Montana's. Republicans see the passage of a state budget that held the line on state spending as a major achievement.

According to the second article major bills that passed were were, medicaid health coverage to thousands of low-income Montana's, ratification of the Flathead tribal water-rights compact, and a landmark campaign-finance bill to crack down on and require public reporting of "dark" money. Republicans leaders were pleased that they held the state budget to increases of just 3% this year, and passed an increase in state funding for public schools with no controversy. They also approved expansions of community-based mental health programs.
While I think it is important for people to get the help they need I also don't think it is right when people buck the system. There are always people that are going to buck the system though. I believe that if you are on medicaid and can't afford healthcare and the different things people were saying they couldn't afford that they need to look at what they are spending their money on. If you can't afford food then probably don't get a smart phone. Those are expensive. If you can't afford your medicine don't color your hair. Rather than making other tax payers give you more money be smart about the money that they are already giving you. I do understand that some people just need help. It is just the way that it is.

I'm not sure where it ended up but I that they would have increased speed limits. The autobond in Germany is one of the safest road ways in the world. There is no speed limit but people don't sit there and and text and all of that. They sit up and drive. I believe that this would help people drive safer. And really who doesn't like to drive fast.

Well all of the my bills died except for the the drug testing one. The drug testing for welfare passed.


 As a high school student I was not worried about the important things. I was not really worried about what was going on in Helena either. Therefore I don't believe that I included this in my past posts. As an overall grade for the legislature I would give them a C+. I think they wasted a lot of time fighting over things that don't really make or break out state. Things like what they are required to wear an when. This really does not make a big difference. Also leggins. Yes they are the new thing that is currently out. Let it go. the less of a big deal you make out of it the less of a problem you will have with it. Making a big deal out of makes people want to make it just that much more of a problem.

I think that overall the can have a B-. They all are there and all should be working together with all of the people. Including the other branches. They did get a good amount of stuff passsed but because they were fighting over things like the dress code they had to go longer than they needed to,

The 65th legislature should increase speed limits. Make college more affordable, And create more jobs. Also don't spend so much time fighting. There are other ways to figure things out.

HB 245 sponsored by Nancy Ballance

HB 245 is trying to pass the legalization of the sale of raw milk.

The bill wants to make it legal for people who have small herds of cows, goats, and sheep to sell raw milk. It is currently illegal and they want to make it legal. They believe that people are becoming  so pure that we are becoming less immune to diseases.

People that support this bill feel that if people want to risk being sick that it should be legal for them to do so. People grew up drinking raw milk. Look how many of these people are fine now. If some one got sick then the herd would be evaluated. Something that people forget though is that just you can get sick off of the milk you buy at the store. If you don't take care of milk properly you are going to get sick.

Opponents of this bill argue that you are increasing your chance of getting sick. They also say that there are certain organ eating diseases that can do a lot of damage before it is detected.

"everything we do in life has risk," "but we make choices for ourselves and our families on the things that we feel are best for them. I believe we should (support) this bill and let Montanans make that choice of themselves."

I believe that our families should be able to drink what they want. It is kind of like the Prohibition. Rather than regulating it and making sure it is good, it makes people push it under the table. Then there is no regulation of it and it does increase the change of getting sick. I believe that it should legal and people that want to drink it is should be.

I think that the terms are just fine the way they are. I think that they should just leave them. Changing everything is not always good. Why change a system that is already working. I think that there are more important things for them to be working on. I would encourage them to not pass this.

I agree with Bullock. I think that if more people carried guns certain crimes would be less. Switzerland had almost everyone have huge guns in their houses and they have next to no break ins. I think that more people carrying guns would cut down on some crimes. However, there are people who should not be allowed to have guns. People who are already deemed dangerous to community should not be allowed to carry guns. I agree that if everyone has a gun then what is the point of having concealed weapon permits. I think Bullock brings up some good points. Giving dangerous people is not going to make them any less dangerous. There are those people who can carry a gun and be perfectly fine. I just don't see the right people taking advantage of this. I see the wrong people doing it. I would tell them not to pass this.

So today I am doing a random blog. Today I am going to blog about the craziness of senior year.
It is really crazy. The stress is different though. The homework load is somewhat less but you have way more things to do. Scholarships are one of these things. Also you have all of these big decisions to make. Like they expect you to know what you want to do for the rest of your life that the age of 18. Well curve ball. I have no idea what I want to do. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to do, but no I don't. I mean there are so many cool jobs out there that look fun but I cant just choose one. So I guess to sum things up. If you don't know what you want to do when you are getting ready to graduate it is ok. You have plenty of time!

Senate Bill 289 introduced by Duane Ankney a republican from Colestrip. The bill is trying to stop people from making anonoumus donations to campaigns. They want people to have to own their donations. They want them to be able to still make the donations but have to put their name to them.

The bill wants to make it so that people must put their names with their donations. Like they said in the article, "But free speech should also mean believing in it enough to have your name associated with it.

Basically people that are against the bill are saying that people that just want to make a donation should be able to. Sometimes people don't want to be involved in polotics and this would make them become involved. "The bill is designed to regulate political committees. However, it also regulates something called an “incidental committee,” which is basically a committee that was never intended to be political, but became so by making an expense that’s political."  THis would make more people have to become involved in politics for just sending off a donation. 

People that are for the bill think that it is a good idea. They think that with freedom fo speech comes consequences. With that they should have to own thier donations. They should have to include their occupation, name, and address. "But these same groups seem to forget that free speech  has consequences." 

I think that if someone wants to make a donation that that is fine. They should not have to let the whole world know. They especially should not have to add their name, adress, and  occupation to the bill. It is the persons money and they should be able to spend it as they want. We don't have to add all of that when we donate to a church or wherever we choose to donate so why should be do it now?

House Bill No. 509 was introduced by C. Schreiner.  The bill is wanting to offer four grants worth $75,000 to four different area creating suicide prevention outlets. The bill would hopefully see a decrease in suicide. People who were thinking about suicide would benefit from this. People who either know the effect that suicide can have on a family or people who are wanting to help others. The bill would harm other funding areas. Taking money out of the general fund for it however we would see less problems. An individual considering suicide is really the only person that can enforce it. Often times people don't know when someone is about to commit suicide or the rate would be lower. This bill would be in affect as soon as it was passed. Secondary affects we might see is less teens coming out to get help. These teens don't want to be put in to an institution so if they take everyone and put them in one then less people are going to come out and seek help. Also where these projects are located might be a problem. Making sure that we reach all areas is important.

On our trip to Helena on Friday we went to a committee meeting after we took a grand tour of the capital building. While sitting in front of the committee meeting looking at HB 249 we were sitting in the balcony. Crowded seating was a very common thing. Sitting in the room that felt to be no less than 95 degrees was full of people mainly for the bill were also accompanied by people against the bill. The people for the bill seemed to be Native Americans and lower income people who would benefit from the bill. There were also other people there that were for the bill like insurance groups and doctors.

While some people on the committee seemed to be intently listening it seemed that other people were not intently listening. It felt as if some people were doing everything they could to not fall asleep. As of right now the democrats are losing and the republicans are winning. We shall see how it ends by the end of it. In the past few days it seems that the bill is now dead. I think that the bill or some version of it will pass. There are to many people for it for it to not pass.

I think she is right. I think that if it comes out of the committee stuff that it will pass. People are taking to large of majors for it to not pass.

I think that in Montana we don't have a ton of jobs for the disabled people. I think that if you are a lower incomed family that it would be hard  to keep your family up if you had an unexpected medical bill. Being a family that sends a lot of time at the hospital I know the impact that medical bills can have on a family. I also think that since Montana's people are required to pay a medicaid tax that we should get to see some of this money come back into our state.

I can also see this bill start to get abused. Now that the drug testing for medicaid has passed however, I believe that it will be harder to abuse it. However not impossible. I think that we will have to keep track of people on it.

 Thank you for making it so that we could come here. It was very nice of you to work hard and getting it so that we could come. 

I think that the legislation has been working hard on getting this in and out of the committee process. According to house bill 111 you are working at keep Montana road ways safe. 

I don't feel however that congress is focusing on  the most important things. It is important to keep our eye on the prize. What we wear is not really going to affect how congress runs. However, not having fixed roads is going to affect us.

Basically our government is looking at the economic sides of expanding this bill or not expanding it. Once again they are arguing over what is going to be better and what is not going to be better.

While we have a lot of nurses around us I am not so sure that there are a lot of doctors around. I know that there are a few up in Red  Lodge that get more money if that was the way they chose to go with it. My mom is a nurse and honestly I have no idea how this would affect her. I'm sure there are people that it would benefit and others that it would hinder. Just like most things in life there is always going to be someone who benefits and someone who doesn't.

"The money isn't fee- it's taxpayer money after, all, mostly from the federal government- and that the real economic impact may be more complicated."

They are right.  The money has to come from somewhere. Most of the people in our government are higher end people. They are not your common people in the middle class. Therefore they won't be the people taking the big cut financially. If we keep taking money from our middle class our poverty is just going to keep going up. Also we need to look at cutting other things down before we keep adding to it. We are in huge debt I'm not sure where they think this money is coming from.

"If we reduce the amount of unpaid care we deliver, it gives us the opportunity to restrain cost-shifting (to patient who can pay), it gives us the opportunity to take the pressure off price and gives us the opportunity to improve clinical outcomes, which saves money, too"

I do agree with this. By helping people who can't afford their healthcare would help to lower healthcare costs. Although the money they are using is still the person that is getting lower healthcare costs. Basically let us take more money from you for taxes and less when you go to the dr.

Our famous politicians are back at their jobs this week. This week the hot topic seems to be healthcare. While one side of the argument seems to be for spreading welfare to more people others are hesitant about it. They feel maybe a small spread would be good but they don't feel that the huge spread is good.

While I think that money is one of those things that whenever i is brought up it is very awkward I try not to involve myself with any of these things. I couldn't tell you who is or is not on welfare in Roberts Montana. Nor do I really care for that matter. That is their business. I can imagine that it would affect some of the people around here however. What ever way it going it will affect people all around.

"I never called back to get the referral (to a gastrointestinal)  specialist, because we cannot for it."
While it is sad that people are not getting the medical attention that they may need or want are they doing everything that the general doctor told them to do? Have they tried changing their diet? Things like this can help your problem. I guess I have a hard time feeling bad for people until I know for a fact that they have done everything that they can do for themselves. There are also jobs that you can do from home. Have they looked into these/

"Somebody my age could actually be able to go out, find a job, get a career and their life going."
Maybe they need to look into other options for themselves. Often times there are jobs available but people don't want to work them or feel that they are too good for them. This does not make me feel bad for you. If  you are broke then you should be looking to get any job that you possibly can not thinking  you are too good to work a job.

"I think the purpose of Medicaid is to help people when they need help. It's not a permanent fix. W';; work again. People go through some times when they need some help. It's not welfare; it;s not charity."
While people often times feel that if they get on it they will be able to find a job and work again. This idea is a great way to think. However, once someone is handed something for no work, such as free money it is hard for them to want to work again. I do believe that some people get on it to get a little assistance and then find a job and are able to get off it. What about the people that once they get on it don't get off? What about the ones  that use it as a main source of income and have no intention of ever getting a job as long as they can stay on assistance and get money for not working? This is where the issue comes in. I don't have a problem helping people out that need help. However, if I am going to be getting out of bed and going to work to give you my money then you better be doing everything that you can to get a job also. To me it's all about paying it forward. Someone helped you out while you were down. Now it is your turn to get a job and help others out while they are down. Not stay down and milk  the system for all it is worth.

I don't hate anything more than when people try and push their beliefs on me so I am not going to do this to people. I have a feeling that by the people are old enough to go and vote they know what they stand for and what right and wrong is. Therefore keep those things in in mind as do as you please. Also I know that I am not always right. Therefore maybe there is something to it that I am not seeing.

All across America people are either taking advantage of our right or trying to take our rights away. In America we are promised a few things. Things like to be protected.  However, no where does it say that we are promised healthcare. In our government class we have spent the last trying to decide if healthcare is a right or privilege.

No the Declaration in Independence does not guarantee that we will receive healthcare. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." No where in there does it say to me that we are guaranteed healthcare. The DOI just says that you are promised to be happy.

"We the people of the  United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
This is still not saying that they will provide you with healthcare. While what your welfare is can be taken in many different ways. To me healthcare is not taken as part of this.

"We the people of Montana grateful to God for the quiet beauty of our state, the grandeur of our mountains, the vastness of our rolling plains, and desiring to improve the quality of life..." To me still not promising healthcare. To me healthcare is not one of life's basic necessities. However, on the other side of the argument some people may think of it in that way and make.  Healthcare is not one of life's necessities because we can technically go without it.

Napolitano and Cannon both argue that healthcare if not require. They agree with me in the fact that is not in the constitution. They also believe in the fact that it is not a promise of life. No where in life is it promised that you will receive healthcare.

Sanghoee, Bigby, and Pham were on the opposite side of the argument. They feel that healthcare is a privilege. If it is  not mentioned in the constitution when Obama was elected he make it a right. With the Obama Care stuff going on right now that made it a right. Everyone is required to have health insurance. If an individual does not have health insurance then they  are fined. These particular people feel that with lower healthcare costs we will see an increase in people going to the doctor. People will be more willing to go if they can afford it rather than waiting too long to go in.

We have spend time looking at both sides of the argument. I feel that healthcare is a privilege and not a right. While Obama is trying to make healthcare more affordable he is still not making it a right. He is making it more of a right then it was before but I still do not feel that it a right. A right is something that  just comes to you. As Americans we have the right to work, we have the right to practice our own religion, we  have the right to be who we want to be. We do not have the right to healthcare. No where in America are we promised to healthcare. Yes it is provided, but no one is going to make you go and you are not going to get in trouble for not going. Not a single document that founded our country or our state for that matter promises you that you will have healthcare.

What is Medicaid?
Medicaid is way for the government to help out the lower income people. It can help people with a variety of things. Food stamps, healthcare, and many other ways. It is a way for people to get assistance.

Who does Medicaid cover?
Medicaid covers the lower income people in the state they must receive under $16,000 per person to qualify. You must be making little money to qualify. 

How much does Medicaid cost?
It costs $414 billion. The few people with sever disabilities are really driving up the costs. 

How is Medicaid financed?
Medicaid is financed through the federal government. However it really comes from  you when you pay your federal taxes.

Open Letter

Dear Mr. Moore,
     
You were put in our government to do great things for not only our state, but also our country.  You are doing the exact opposite. Rather than spending your time wisely, you are wasting not only your time but also mine. You see when you bring stupid things up, such as you did with this issue, you are also wasting my time because I am in government class and have to write a blog on it. If you could at least bring up issues that were not completely stupid that would be great.

People have a right as an American to wear what they chosen when they chose to do so. Therefore, if people want to ride a bike down main street completely naked then they should be able to. You see there were these great people called our founding fathers. They  worked very hard to create a great country where we can do pretty much anything that we chose to do. They did not work hard for people like you to ruin other peoples freedom. We also have soldiers missing holidays with families and other big events because they were defending this country. Being the daughter of someone who was shipped and missed big family functions because they were serving our country this really irritates me.

My dad was gone for over a year to defend you. I have no issue with that. What he did for our country was a great things and I thank him for that every day. On the other hand you could be respectful and take care of our troops who are getting paid worse, receiving worse benefits, and living in much worse conditions than you are. While they are clearly spending their time more wisely doing better things for our country as a hole.

What people wear does not really affect how our country will run. I mean really what we wear and how we wear it is a way of expressing ourselves. I wish that you could see things from my end and start doing things that were benefiting us as a state and a country. If you are running out of bills to propose look at our troops and I'm sure that you can find something to do for them. After all they are doing things for you and you will never be able to pay them back for those things. Thank you for your time.

This bill is saying that the governing authority of any school other than a post secondary school may not allow a person to attend as a pupil unless the person has been immunizing against varicella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, poliomyelitis, rubella, mumps, and measles (rubella) in the manner and with immunizing agents approved by the department. If the student has been immunized against Hemophiliacs influenza type "b" before enrolling in a preschool if under 5 years of age or qualifies for conditional attendance; or files for an exemption. The governing authority of a post secondary school may not allow a person to attend as a pupil unless the person: has a reason to otherwise not be vaccinated.

This bill was introduced by M. Macdonald. She wants to add the varicella to list. Varicella is the vaccine against chicken pocks.

While I don't believe that there is a large population at Roberts that would be against getting the vaccine it might help our school out. There are not a lot of cases of chicken pocks though. You also have to look at the stipulations of a school. The more stipulations that you have the less students are going to want to come here. Students don't want to go somewhere that they have to get a lot of extra shots to go.

However, if we did require this then we might have any chicken pocks in Roberts. I think that it is good to not vaccinate against it and then allow students to get it. There is really no better immunity against a disease then the natural one that your body builds up. Also it is  good to get the younger you are. It is said that chicken pocks are much easier on people to get it younger and then the older you are when you get them, the harder it is on you.

I would tell people to shut down the bill. It is crazy there are certain things that people need to gain a natural immunity against to make sure that save themselves in the future.

Basically this bill is dealing with students dropping out. The current age is 16 and they want to change that to 18.

Senate Bill 14 is sponsored by Robyn Driscoll, a democrat from Billings.

While Roberts doesn't have a high drop out rate, but we do have a few students that drop out. Being in a class where we have had a student drop out it was better for the class once he was gone. Our class was constantly waiting for him to catch up and do this and do that so we were progressing and learning like we should have been. However, he did not want to be here so why make him be here. Once he was gone it was much better for the class and the teacher.

While Montana has a higher drop out rate than some we have to look at our logistics. While I don't mean this in a racist way but a lot of Montana is covered by reservations and lower income communities. These places have higher drop out rates. If students don't want to be in school while make them go and hinder the ones around them who really want to learn.

This would affect the school and our nation eventually but we can hurt the ones who want to learn because of the ones who don't want to learn.

Montana people should vote as they want. Remember however, if you were in the situation on both sides of it how would you want people to fill? For some people school isn't really a possibility. What about the students who aren't going to school because they are working to live or taking care of a child, or a parents who can't take care of themselves and they don't have money to pay for help?

Representative Randy Pinocci is the bill sponsor. The bill is basically trying to pass it so that people have to get drug testing before you are allowed on welfare.
"An act establishing drug screening and drug testing requirements for eligibility under the temporary assistance for needy families programs; prohibiting financial assistance in certain situations; allowing a third part to accept payments for children whose parents are ineligible for benefits because of drug testing and screening requirements;providing rulemaking authority." is how the bill reads.

The bill currently in committee meaning that it is currently being reviewed.

This bill will help people who are currently struggling get help. It will also protect the children and even though foster care is more expensive it is a good to help them out.  It is not the child's choice to have their parents do drugs. Why should they have to suffer because the parents are making these choices? It could lead to other jobs also being drug tested before receiving benefits.

Some see this bill as unconstitutional. This bill can been seen this way because a we are discriminating and b we are invading peoples privacy. The people are right, a lot of the drug users are not going to come out and tell you that they are using on the questions that they have to answer. It is important to make sure that everyone is being held to the same standard. The amendment that is being questioned here is the 4th one. Saying that basically we have to have reasonable cause for search. So instead of just going and picking out certain people and asking them to take the test why don't we go and do a random computer drug test. The computer picks out so many people and month and then we go and drug test those people. They have 24 hrs to respond to the call or they lose their benefits.

I personally think that it is a really good thing. For one it is more expensive to put kids in foster care but is is worth the money. I know a lot of people that would rather see their tax money going and helping kids get away from drug situations rather than going to buy the drugs. If people are being tested to earn the money that is going to welfare then why aren't people being tested receiving that money? I have a job, therefore people are receiving money that I am making. I would much rather pay for a child to be in foster are where they are no longer around drugs then in the drug situation paying for the parents to get loaded.

#3 Dress Code

While  the legislation is in full swing so in the arguing and the unnecessary law making. Rather than worrying about what our country and state is coming to, we are worrying about what each other is wearing.

When the legislation began its sessions, there was a new rule implemented. It was concerning dress code and what was and was not appropriate clothing. While a majority of the democrat women are highly offended, other women don't see a problem with it.

Some women said things like:
“It’s like something out of ‘Mad Men,’” said Representative Ellie Hill
“The whole thing is totally sexist and bizarre and unnecessary."  Ellie Hill
Mr. Regier said. “What we’re saying is: Be appropriate in what you wear. Don’t wear something that could be a distraction from the legislative process.”

Basically the women are upset because they are being held to a stricter dress code then the men are, the men feel that there is nothing really wrong with it. Ellie does not like that she has to wear certain clothing for what ever reason and finds it to be sexist. Mr. Regier finds there to be nothing wrong with it and that everyone needs to be professional while there.

Personally it kind of cranks my crank that they are fighting over what they are supposed to wear and things like this that in the end don't make a state a better state or a worse state. However, they do have one of the "easiest" job there are. They have to meet for 90 days ever other year. Therefore while they are there they can get over it and dress professional. I think that the dress code should be dress professional and leave at that. These people are elected in to go and make sure that they are bettering our state. This is not bettering our state. This is just dumb. They are adults grow up and act like it. Men should not being looking at the women there and commenting on their outfits every day. The women also shouldn't be dressing in a manner that makes them want to look. Here is simple saying that my grandma always says that makes you really think about what  you would wear.... "If you wouldn't wear it to church then don't wear it." As simple as that. Dress appropriate and be an adult about this situation. This is what is wrong with America. We are more worried about being equal and making sure that non of our rights are taken away that we are letting our country go. We are losing sight of what is really important and wasting time on things like this. When you get paid more money than most of the people working in 90 days you can wear nice clothes and not cause a huge scene. Grow up and start working on things that you are there to work on.

Assignment #2
Throughout this blog we will be looking at 5 separate house bills.

The bills we will be looking at are; HB 111 (DUI Sentence), HB 130 (Tanning), HB 200 (Government assistance drug testing).

HB 111 Keith Regier a Republican from Kalispell. THe bill wants to increase the sentencing for a folony driging under the influence conviction. According to Helenair.com

HB 130 Ellie Hill a democrat form Missoula. The bill is trying to make is so that people under the age of 18 can not tan without consent of a parent or a legal guardian. I think that it will affect may people. Especially around prom time. While some people use tanning beds to get tanner some people use it to cure depression. It has been proven that this will work. Also people should be able to tan if they want. I don't feel that this should be up to the government.

 HB 200 Was introduced by Randall Pinocci is from house district 19. HB 200 states that before someone can receive government assistance they must pass drug testing. This bill may affect some of the families that are currently receiving government assistance.

HB 28 Jenny Eck a democrat from Helena. The bill wants to require parole hearings to be video-recorded. HB 135 will be picked up with this bill to revise criteria for parole of prisoners. This could potentially save tax payers more money. I am not completely sure on what exactly else the bill with do for the common citizen. It will be interesting to see what all comes up with this bill. '

SB 19 R. Ripley the bill is basically saying the per capita livestock fees assessed by livestock and cattle protective districts for the livestock special deputy fund. I think that our livestock people are taxed enough. We do not need to pass laws that will just make them have to pay more. We are working hard to keep food on your table. It is important that we also put things in to protect out Ag families.

Assignment #1
The Montana Legislature is meeting over a period of 90 days to make new laws. During this session, it seems that the Republicans have the upper hand. Especially since they  have the majority in the house as well as with the senate. "we are all elected here to do the Montana people's work and that will only happen if we work together in a respectful, civil manner." said Austin Knudsen, Republican from Culbertson. Knudsen said that some of his parties goals are to help communities impacted by the oil boon in eastern Montana, funding charter schools and extending tax relief to working Montanans according to the Billings Gazette were a few of the items. Bullock is looking to blend cash and bonds to tackle infrastructure projects across the state."While it seems that interest rates are low, it looks like it would be a good time to borrow money." Bullock said according to the Gazette. The democratic party is also looking at education and healthcare. The democrats also want to invest $37 million on voluntary early childhood education programs. They also want to Medicaid coverage to roughly 70,000 Montanans. They are the main points that the government is looking at according to the Billings Gazette.

I don't necessarily support the spread of medicaid. If they did go on to support this and it passes I hope that they also make it so that people have to pass a drug test to get on it and then to stay on it. If I have to get drug tested to have a job to earn that money then they should have to get drug tested to receive it. I also think that we need to look at doing things for places in Montana besides just Sidney and the oil places. We all pay taxes therefore we all should get to see the benefits of these taxes.
